My name is Caitlin Roberts and I am the owner of Child's Play Psychology in St. Albert, Alberta. I am a Registered Child Psychologist (#5512) in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. I specialize in working with children (ages 3+) and their families.
I’m passionate about supporting children’s emotional and developmental growth through the power of play. In play therapy, children are given a safe and supportive space to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the way they know best - through play. My goal is to help each child feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are.
At the same time, I work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help them feel more confident and connected in their parenting. I believe that when children and their caregivers feel supported, real and lasting growth can happen.

If the day ever came when we were able to accept ourselves and our children exactly as we and they are, then, I believe, we would have come very close to an ultimate understanding of what 'good' parenting means.
